Praying from Ephesians 4:10 relating to Ascension, Filling all things.

Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that you who descended are the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that you might fill all things. I claim this promise today and ask that you fill every area of my life with your presence and power. May your love, grace, and mercy overflow in my heart and may I experience the fullness of your blessings. Help me to trust in your sovereignty and to walk in obedience to your will. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the assurance that you are with me always. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
