Praying from Ephesians 2:9 relating to Grace, Salvation, Humility.

Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that salvation is not of works, so that no one may boast. I thank you for your grace and mercy that has saved me, not because of anything I have done, but because of your love for me. Help me to always remember that my salvation is a gift from you and to live my life in a way that honors you. May I never boast in my own accomplishments, but always give you the glory and praise. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: not of works, that no one would boast.
Ephesians 2:9

This is a Promise. The verse is saying that salvation is not earned through good works, so that no one can boast about their own efforts. It is a promise that salvation is a gift from God, not something we can achieve on our own.
