Dear God, please help me to resist the temptation to boast and find my worth in my own accomplishments. Instead, may I find my worth in you and humbly give you all the glory. Help me to recognize that all boasting is evil and to strive for humility in all that I do. Amen.

Verse: But now you glory in your boasting. All such boasting is evil.
James 4:16
