Dear Lord, I thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ to preach peace to us. I claim the promise that he came to bring peace to those who were far off and to those who were near. I pray that you would help me to experience the peace that only comes from you. May I draw near to you and find rest for my soul. Thank you for your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
