Dear Lord, like Philip, may we also have the courage to approach those who are reading your word and ask them if they understand what they are reading. Help us to be bold in sharing your truth and to be a light to those who are seeking you. May we always be ready to share the hope that we have in you and to lead others to a deeper understanding of your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Verse: Philip ran to him, and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet, and said, “Do you understand what you are reading?”
