Father God, I thank you for the promise that when I am abandoned, you will provide for me. Just as Pharaoh’s daughter took up Moses and reared him as her own son, I trust that you will take me up and care for me as your own child. I declare that I am not alone, for you are with me always. Thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is describing how Moses was rescued and raised by Pharaoh’s daughter. There is no command given to the reader.
