Dear Lord, we pray for those who believe in you but still hold onto legalistic traditions. Help them to understand that salvation comes through faith in you alone and not through circumcision or adherence to the law of Moses. May they be filled with your grace and love, and may they be open to the guidance of your Holy Spirit. We ask this in your holy name. Amen.

Verse: But some of the sect of the Pharisees who believed rose up, saying, “It is necessary to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.”
Acts 15:5

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to circumcise and keep the law of Moses.
