Dear Lord, I pray that I may serve you with all humility, just as Paul did. Help me to remain humble in all circumstances and to never let pride get in the way of my relationship with you. I also pray that I may be willing to shed tears for your sake, just as Paul did. May I be moved to tears by the things that break your heart and may I be willing to weep with those who weep. Finally, I pray that I may be willing to endure trials and persecution for your sake, just as Paul did. Help me to remain steadfast in the face of opposition and to trust in your goodness and faithfulness. Amen.

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to serve the Lord with humility, tears, and perseverance despite facing trials and opposition from others.
