Praying from 2 Thessalonians 3:10 relating to Work, Responsibility, Consequences.
Dear Lord, thank you for the reminder that we must work diligently and not be idle. Help us to understand the importance of hard work and to be willing to put in the effort to provide for ourselves and our families. Give us the strength and motivation to work with integrity and excellence, and to not be lazy or complacent. May we always remember that if we are not willing to work, we should not expect to reap the benefits of our labor. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: “If anyone is not willing to work, don’t let him eat.”
2 Thessalonians 3:10
This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to not let anyone who is not willing to work eat.
