Praying from 2 Peter 3:7 relating to Judgment, Destruction, Ungodliness.
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before you today claiming the promise that you have stored up the heavens and the earth for fire, reserved against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men. I trust in your word and your plan for the future.
I pray that you would help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, and that I would always seek to follow your will. May I be found faithful when that day of judgment comes, and may I be counted among the righteous.
Thank you for your love and your mercy, and for the promise of eternal life with you. I trust in your plan and your provision, and I pray that you would help me to live each day in light of this promise.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
