Praying from 2 Peter 2:7 relating to Deliverance, Righteousness, Temptation
Dear Lord, I thank you for your promise to deliver the righteous, just as you delivered Lot from the distress caused by the wickedness around him. I claim this promise for myself and for all those who seek to live a righteous life in the midst of a sinful world. Please protect us from the temptations and lustful desires that surround us, and give us the strength to stand firm in our faith. May we always trust in your deliverance and find comfort in your loving arms. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
