Praying from 2 Peter 1:4 relating to Promises, Transformation, Salvation

Dear Lord, I thank you for granting us your precious and exceedingly great promises. I claim the promise that through these promises, I may become a partaker of your divine nature. I pray that you help me to escape from the corruption that is in the world by lust. I ask for your strength and guidance to resist temptation and to live a life that is pleasing to you. Thank you for your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: by which he has granted to us his precious and exceedingly great promises; that through these you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world by lust.
2 Peter 1:4
