Dear God,
I thank you for the promise that in your Son, Jesus Christ, there is only “Yes.” I claim this promise for my life today and ask that you would help me to trust in your unwavering faithfulness. May I find peace and rest in the truth that you are always for me and never against me. Help me to live my life in a way that reflects your “Yes” and to share this promise with others. Thank you for your love and grace.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us— by me, Silvanus, and Timothy— was not “Yes and no,” but in him is “Yes.”

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that Jesus Christ is not inconsistent or unreliable, but always true and dependable.
