Dear God, as your children, we belong to the day. Help us to be sober and vigilant, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and the helmet of the hope of salvation. May we always trust in your promises and have faith in your love. Guide us in our daily lives and protect us from the schemes of the enemy. We pray that we may always walk in the light of your truth and be a shining example of your love to the world. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
