Praying from 1 Peter 1:20 relating to Foreknowledge, Revelation, Salvation.
Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that Jesus was foreknown before the foundation of the world and was revealed in this last age for my sake. I claim this promise and ask that you reveal more of Jesus to me each day. Help me to understand the depth of his love and sacrifice for me. May I live my life in a way that honors him and brings glory to your name. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that Jesus was foreknown before the foundation of the world and was revealed in the last age for the sake of the reader. It is a promise of the revelation of Jesus for the benefit of the reader.
