Praying from 1 John 3:2 relating to Identity, Transformation, Revelation
Dear God, my beloved Father, I thank you for making me your child. I know that I am not yet aware of what I will become, but I trust in your promise that when you reveal yourself to me, I will be like you. I pray that you help me to see you as you are, so that I may become more like you every day. Thank you for your love and grace, and for the assurance that I will one day be transformed into your likeness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him just as he is.
