Dear God, please help me to use the world in a way that honors you and your purpose for my life. May I not be consumed by the temporary pleasures and distractions of this world, but instead use them in a way that brings glory to your name. Help me to remember that the things of this world are fleeting and will eventually pass away, and to focus instead on the eternal things that will last forever. Thank you for your guidance and wisdom in this matter. Amen.
