Praying from 1 Corinthians 7:28. Themes: Marriage, Virginity, Oppression.
Dear Lord, I pray that if anyone chooses to marry, they will not feel guilty or sinful. I pray that if a virgin decides to marry, they will not feel ashamed or judged. However, I also pray that they will be aware of the challenges that come with marriage and the potential oppression they may face in the flesh. Lord, please spare them from unnecessary pain and struggles. Help them to navigate their relationships with wisdom and grace. Amen.
Verse: But if you marry, you have not sinned. If a virgin marries, she has not sinned. Yet such will have oppression in the flesh, and I want to spare you.
1 Corinthians 7:28
