Dear God, I come before you today with a heavy heart, asking for your protection and guidance. As I reflect on the verse, “Why do we also stand in jeopardy every hour?” I am reminded of the many dangers and uncertainties that surround us each day. Lord, I pray that you would shield us from harm and keep us safe from all evil. Help us to trust in your unfailing love and to have faith that you are always with us, even in the midst of trials and tribulations. Give us the strength and courage to face whatever challenges come our way, knowing that you are our rock and our refuge. May we always be mindful of your presence in our lives and may we never lose sight of your goodness and mercy. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
