Praying from 1 Corinthians 13:10. Themes: Completion, Perfection, Transience.
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that when that which is complete has come, then that which is partial will be done away with. I pray that you will help me to trust in your timing and your plan for my life. Help me to let go of the things that are only partial and incomplete, and to hold on to the hope of what is to come. I know that you are faithful to your promises, and I trust that you will bring to completion the good work that you have started in me. Thank you for your love and your grace, and for the hope that I have in you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: but when that which is complete has come, then that which is partial will be done away with.
1 Corinthians 13:10
This is a Promise. The verse is saying that when the complete thing comes, the partial thing will be done away with. It is a promise that completeness will replace partiality.
