Dear Lord, we come before you today with humble hearts, recognizing that you have given each of us unique gifts and talents. Help us to use these gifts to serve others and bring glory to your name. We pray that you would grant us the gift of healing, that we may bring comfort and relief to those who are suffering. We also ask for the ability to speak in various languages, that we may communicate your love and truth to people from all walks of life. And finally, we pray for the gift of interpretation, that we may understand and share your message with clarity and wisdom. May we always use our gifts for your purposes and for the benefit of others. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

This is a Command. The verse is asking rhetorical questions to emphasize that not everyone has the same spiritual gifts. The command is to recognize and accept that diversity in the body of Christ.
