Praying from 1 Corinthians 11:21. Themes: Selfishness, Gluttony, Drunkenness.

Dear Lord, please help us to remember that we are all equal in your eyes and that we should treat each other with kindness and respect. May we not be selfish in our actions, but instead, consider the needs of others before our own. Help us to be mindful of those who may be hungry or in need, and to share what we have with them. May we never be so consumed by our own desires that we forget the needs of those around us. We pray for your guidance and wisdom in all that we do. Amen.

Verse: For in your eating each one takes his own supper first. One is hungry, and another is drunken.
1 Corinthians 11:21

This is a Command. The verse is instructing the reader to not prioritize their own needs over the needs of others during a communal meal.
