Dear Lord, please help us to resist the temptation of creating idols and worshiping the works of our own hands. May we always remember to put our faith and trust in you alone, and to offer sacrifices of praise and thanksgiving to you. Help us to find joy in serving you and following your will, rather than seeking fulfillment in worldly things. Amen.
