Praying from Ephesians 2:21 relating to Unity, Growth, Holiness
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that in you, the whole building is fitted together and grows into a holy temple. I pray that you would continue to work in my life and in the lives of those around me, fitting us together and building us up in your love. May we become a holy temple in you, a place where your presence dwells and your glory shines. Help us to be a reflection of your goodness and grace to the world around us. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise of growth and transformation in you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is describing how believers, as living stones, are being built into a holy temple in the Lord. It is not giving a command to the reader.
