Dear God, help us to understand the importance of living a life that is pleasing to you. May we not be like the seed that is fit neither for the soil nor for the manure pile, but instead may we be fruitful and productive in all that we do. Give us ears to hear your voice and the wisdom to follow your guidance. Help us to be a blessing to others and to bring glory to your name. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
