Dear Lord, I claim the promise that if this matter comes to the attention of those in authority, you will persuade them and make me free of worry. I trust in your power and sovereignty over all things. Help me to have faith and not be anxious, knowing that you are in control. Thank you for your love and protection. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The promise is that the person will be made free of worry if the matter comes to the governor’s ears.
