Dear Lord, please forgive me for any laziness or wickedness in my heart. Help me to remember that you are a God who reaps where you didn’t sow and gathers where you didn’t scatter. May I be a faithful servant who works diligently for your kingdom and brings glory to your name. Amen.

Matthew 25:26

This is a Command. The verse is a rebuke to the wicked and slothful servant.
