Praying from 1 John 5:1 relating to Salvation, Love, Relationship.

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude and love. I submit myself to you and acknowledge that you are the one true God, and that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God.

I claim the promise that whoever believes in Jesus as the Christ has been born of God. I thank you for the new life that you have given me through your Son, and for the hope and peace that comes with it.

I also claim the promise that whoever loves the Father also loves the child who is born of him. I pray that you would help me to love others as you love them, and to show that love to those around me.

Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. May I always live in submission to you and claim the promises of your word.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
