Praying from 1 John 4:20 relating to Love, Brotherhood, Hypocrisy.

Dear God, please help me to truly love my brothers and sisters, even those who may be difficult to love. I know that if I claim to love you but hate my brother, I am a liar. Please give me the strength and grace to love others as you have loved me. Help me to see them through your eyes and to extend your love and compassion to them. Thank you for your unending love and mercy. Amen.

Verse: If a man says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn’t love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
1 John 4:20
