Dear Lord, I come before you today to confess my sins and shortcomings. I pray that you give me the courage to open up to others and confess my faults, so that I may receive healing and forgiveness. Help me to pray for others as well, that they too may find healing and peace. I ask that you make me a righteous person, so that my prayers may be powerful and effective. Thank you for your love and mercy, and for always being there for me. Amen.

Verse: Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
James 5:16
