Praying from James 5:7 relating to Patience, Second Coming, Harvest
Dear Lord, help us to be patient as we wait for your coming. Just as the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, help us to be patient and trust in your timing. May we be steadfast in our faith and not lose hope, knowing that you will provide for us in due time. Grant us the grace to endure any trials or challenges that come our way, and help us to remain faithful to you. We pray for the early and late rain of your blessings to fall upon us, nourishing us and helping us to grow in our relationship with you. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Verse: Be patient therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it, until it receives the early and late rain.
James 5:7
This is a Command: Be patient. The verse encourages readers to be patient until the coming of the Lord, using the analogy of a farmer waiting for the fruit of the earth.
