Praying from Hebrews 11:31 relating to Faith, Redemption, Obedience.
Dear Lord, I come to you in faith, just like Rahab the prostitute did. I claim the promise that she didn’t perish with those who were disobedient because she received the spies in peace. I pray that you will help me to always have faith in you, even in the midst of difficult circumstances. Help me to trust in your promises and to obey your commands. May I always be willing to receive your messengers in peace and to follow your will. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the assurance that you will never leave me nor forsake me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: By faith Rahab the prostitute didn’t perish with those who were disobedient, having received the spies in peace.
Hebrews 11:31
This is a Promise. The verse is stating that Rahab, despite being a prostitute, was saved from destruction because of her faith and actions in protecting the Israelite spies. This serves as a promise to readers that faith and obedience can lead to salvation and protection from harm.
