Dear Lord, I pray that you help me understand the difference between being a wife and a virgin. Help me to focus on the things that matter most, to be holy in both body and spirit. May I always prioritize my relationship with you above all else. If I am married, help me to balance my responsibilities to my spouse with my devotion to you. May I always seek to please you first and foremost. Amen.

Verse: There is also a difference between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman cares about the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit. But she who is married cares about the things of the world— how she may please her husband.
1 Corinthians 7:34

This is a Command. The verse instructs unmarried women to focus on the things of the Lord in order to be holy in both body and spirit.
