Praying from Romans 6:1. Themes: Grace, Sin, Redemption

Dear Lord, we come before you with humble hearts and ask for your guidance. We know that your grace abounds, but we do not want to take advantage of it by continuing in sin. Help us to resist temptation and to live a life that is pleasing to you. Give us the strength to overcome our weaknesses and to follow your will. May your grace be a source of motivation for us to do good and to love others as you have loved us. We pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Verse: What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
Romans 6:1

This is a Command. The verse is urging the reader not to continue in sin in order to receive more grace.
