Praying from 2 Thessalonians 3:11 relating to Rebellion, Work, Busybodies.
Dear Lord, we come before you today with humble hearts, asking for your guidance and wisdom. We know that there are those among us who walk in rebellion and refuse to work, instead choosing to be busybodies. We pray that you would soften their hearts and help them to see the error of their ways. May they turn away from their rebellion and find purpose in their work. We also pray for ourselves, that we would not be tempted to follow in their footsteps, but instead be diligent in our own work and use our time wisely. Help us to be a community that supports and encourages one another, always striving to do your will. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Verse: For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies.
2 Thessalonians 3:11
This is a Command. The verse is commanding the reader to not be a busybody and to work instead of being in rebellion.
