Dear Lord, in the day of my trouble, I come to you with a heavy heart. I claim the promise that you will answer me when I call on you. I trust in your unfailing love and mercy, and I know that you are always with me, even in the darkest of times. Help me to lean on you and to find comfort in your presence. Thank you for your faithfulness and for always being there for me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
