Prayer based on Psalms 70:3. Themes: Shame, Mockery, Justice

Dear Lord, I pray that those who mock and taunt others with “Aha! Aha!” will be turned away from their shameful behavior. May they come to realize the hurt and harm they cause with their words and actions. Help them to see the value and worth of every person and to treat others with kindness and respect. May they turn towards you and seek forgiveness for their wrongdoing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
