Praying from Romans 8:24. Themes: Hope, Salvation, Faith
Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that we were saved in hope. I claim this promise and trust in your unfailing love and grace. Help me to remember that hope that is seen is not hope, and to continue to hope for the things that I cannot yet see. I put my faith in you and trust that you will guide me on the path of righteousness. Thank you for your never-ending love and mercy. Amen.
Verse: For we were saved in hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for that which he sees?
Romans 8:24
This is a Promise. The verse is stating that although we were saved in hope, once that hope is seen it is no longer hope. It is a reminder that true hope is in the unseen and unknown, and that we must continue to have faith and trust in God’s plan even when we cannot see it.
