Praying from Romans 6:7. Themes: Freedom from sin, Death and resurrection.
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that “For he who has died has been freed from sin.” I thank you for the sacrifice of your son Jesus Christ on the cross, which has made it possible for me to be freed from the bondage of sin. I pray that you will help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, and to always remember the price that was paid for my freedom. I ask for your strength and guidance as I strive to walk in your ways, and I trust in your promise that I am now free from sin. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that when someone dies, they are freed from sin.
