Dear Lord, I thank you for the truth that the law came in that the trespass might abound, but where sin abounded, grace abounded more exceedingly. I claim this promise today and ask for your abundant grace to overflow in my life. I confess my sins and shortcomings before you and ask for your forgiveness. I pray that your grace will cover me and empower me to live a life that is pleasing to you. Help me to walk in your ways and to always remember that your grace is sufficient for me. Thank you for your unending love and mercy. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
