Praying from Romans 4:15. Themes: Law, Wrath, Disobedience.
Dear God, help me to understand that the law produces wrath and that disobedience comes from it. Please guide me to follow your laws and to live a life that is pleasing to you. Help me to avoid disobedience and to always seek your will. Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the freedom that comes from following your ways. Amen.
Verse: For the law produces wrath; for where there is no law, neither is there disobedience.
Romans 4:15
This is a Command. The verse is telling the reader that the law produces wrath and that where there is no law, there is no disobedience. Therefore, the command is to avoid the law to avoid disobedience and wrath.
