Dear Lord, please help me to always be mindful of my actions and how they may affect others, especially when it comes to food. May I never cause my brother or sister to stumble or be grieved because of what I eat. Help me to walk in love and to always consider the needs and feelings of those around me. May I never be the cause of someone’s destruction, but instead, may I be a source of encouragement and support. Thank you for reminding me that Christ died for all, and may I always treat others with the same love and respect that He showed us. Amen.

Verse: Yet if because of food your brother is grieved, you walk no longer in love. Don’t destroy with your food him for whom Christ died.
Romans 14:15
