Dear God, thank you for reminding me that paying taxes is a way to serve you. Help me to always remember that those who collect taxes are doing your work and to honor them as such. May I be a responsible and faithful steward of the resources you have given me, and may my contributions to society through taxes be a reflection of my love for you. Amen.

Verse: For this reason you also pay taxes, for they are servants of God’s service, continually doing this very thing.
Romans 13:6
