Praying from Romans 11:25. Themes: Mystery, Hardening, Gentiles.
Dear Lord, we come before you today with humble hearts, seeking your wisdom and understanding. We pray that you would help us to not be ignorant of the mystery of your plan for Israel and the Gentiles. May we not be wise in our own conceits, but instead, may we seek your guidance and direction in all things. We ask that you would soften the hearts of those who have been partially hardened, and that they would come to know you fully. We pray for the fullness of the Gentiles to come in, and for your kingdom to be established on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Verse: For I don’t desire you to be ignorant, brothers, of this mystery, so that you won’t be wise in your own conceits, that a partial hardening has happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in,
Romans 11:25
This is a Command. The verse commands the reader not to be ignorant of the mystery of the partial hardening of Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in, so that they won’t be wise in their own conceits.
