Prayer based on Psalms 94:13. Themes: Rest, Adversity, Wickedness.
Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise in your word that you will give me rest from the days of adversity. I ask that you grant me this rest, Lord, and that you would be my refuge and strength during difficult times. I trust in your unfailing love and your faithfulness to your promises.
I pray that you would protect me from the schemes of the wicked and that you would keep me safe from harm. I know that you are a God of justice and that you will not let the wicked go unpunished. I trust in your timing and your ways, knowing that you will bring justice in your perfect time.
Thank you, Lord, for your promise to give me rest from the days of adversity. I claim this promise today and trust in your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
