Father God, I come before you today claiming the promise that you are my help in times of trouble. Though I may feel like I am counted among those who go down into the pit and have no help, I know that you are with me always. I trust in your unfailing love and your promises to never leave me nor forsake me. I declare that I am not alone, for you are my refuge and my strength. Thank you for being my help and my salvation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
