Prayer based on Psalms 87:6. Themes: Identity, Birthplace, Judgment
Dear Yahweh,
I come before you today claiming the promise that you will count and write up the peoples. I believe that you have a plan and a purpose for each one of us, and that you have marked our paths from the very beginning.
I pray that you will guide me and lead me in the direction that you have set for me. Help me to trust in your plan and to have faith that you will fulfill your promises in my life.
Thank you for the assurance that you will remember where I was born and that you have a special plan for me. I pray that I will always seek your will and follow your ways, so that I may fulfill the purpose that you have for me.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: Yahweh will count, when he writes up the peoples,“This one was born there.”
Psalms 87:6
This is a Promise.
The verse is stating that Yahweh will keep track of where each person was born when he writes up the peoples. It is a promise that Yahweh will remember and acknowledge each person’s place of birth.
