Dear Lord, I claim the promise that you have given us in Psalm 82:7 that says, “Nevertheless you shall die like men, and fall like one of the rulers.” I trust in your word and believe that you will bring justice to those who have oppressed and abused others. I pray that you will bring down the rulers who have acted unjustly and that they will fall like men. I trust in your power and sovereignty, and I know that you will bring about your perfect will. Thank you for your promise and for your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
