Dear Lord, I claim the promise in your word that those who are far from you shall perish and that you have destroyed all those who are unfaithful to you. I pray that you would draw near to me and keep me close to you always. Help me to remain faithful to you and to seek your will in all things. Protect me from the temptations of the world and keep me on the path of righteousness. Thank you for your promise of salvation and for your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
