Prayer based on Psalms 71:21. Themes: Honor, Comfort, Restoration.
Dear Lord, I come before you today with a humble heart, asking for your grace and mercy. I claim the promise in your word that says, “Those who honor me I will honor” (1 Samuel 2:30). Lord, I ask that you increase my honor and help me to live a life that brings glory to your name.
I also ask that you comfort me in my times of need. You are the God of all comfort, and I know that you are always with me, even in the darkest of times. Help me to feel your presence and to trust in your love and faithfulness.
Thank you for your promises, Lord. I know that you are faithful and true, and I trust in your goodness and mercy. Increase my honor and comfort me again, I pray. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
